Guest guest Posted February 5, 2007 Report Share Posted February 5, 2007 Spicy Green Sauce 1/4 cup vegetable stock 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 cup onion, chopped 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 1/2 cups tomatillos, peel, chopped 1 teaspoon cumin 2 tablespoons jalapenos, chopped 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped Heat the stock in a large & heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, bell pepper & garlic until soft. Add tomatillos & cumin & Sauté for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, saute a further 3 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 3. It's here! Your new message!
