Guest guest Posted February 3, 2007 Report Share Posted February 3, 2007 Roasted Spicy Kabocha Squash 1 tsp. ground coriander 1 tsp. sweet paprika 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon sugar a sprinkling of salt and a pinch of cayenne Cut the top and bottom off the squash, and cut it in half. Scoop out the seeds (You can save these for toasting).Cut the squash up into 2 inch thick slices. Mix up some spices in a bowl. Brush the squash slices with olive oil, and rub them all over with the spice mix. Stick them on a baking sheet, and put them in a 400 degree oven for half an hour. Have a burning question?
