Guest guest Posted January 29, 2007 Report Share Posted January 29, 2007 Sauce Ti-Malice 2 medium onions, finely chopped 2 shallots, finely chopped 1/2 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced 1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped 2/3 cup fresh lime juice 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste salt black pepper, freshly ground Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar. Cover and shake to blend. Refrigerate for 48 hours. Serve at room temperature. Ti-Malice will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. A great condiment for grilled fish. Makes about 2 cups.
