Guest guest Posted January 29, 2007 Report Share Posted January 29, 2007 Tomatillo Guacamole 1/2 pound avocado, 1 medium peeled and halved 1 11 ounce can tomatillos, drained 1 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 1/2 teaspoons seeded minced serrano chile 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper Place the avocado and tomatillos in food processor, and process until smooth. Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill 1 hour. Makes 2 cups. Make free worldwide PC-to-PC calls.
