Guest guest Posted January 27, 2007 Report Share Posted January 27, 2007 Spicy Mustard (Karashi) 2 tablespoons Japanese mustard powder (karashi) 1 tablespoon sake 1 teaspoon mirin 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce In a small bowl, combine mustard powder and sake. Cover and turn bowl upside down. Leave for 10 minutes. Turn bowl upright and stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately. Use in small amounts.
