Guest guest Posted January 26, 2007 Report Share Posted January 26, 2007 Italian Calabrian Cracked Olives 2 pounds green Sicilian olives 1 cup olive oil 1/2 cup sweet chili powder 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves 2 tablespoons minced garlic Splash sherry vinegar Place Sicilian green olives in a resealable plastic bag, hit with mallet or hammer to crack the olives.
