Guest guest Posted January 24, 2007 Report Share Posted January 24, 2007 Cumin-Scented Rice 2/3 cup long-grained rice 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed 2 teaspoons butter 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 teaspoon salt In medium saucepan saute rice and cumin seed in butter until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add water and salt, bring to boil; lower heat and simmer 12 to 15 minutes. Serves 4. Get your own web address. Have a HUGE year through Small Business.
