Guest guest Posted January 15, 2007 Report Share Posted January 15, 2007 Pachadi Salad 1 large onion, julianne 1 cucumber, cut in half then in thin slices 1 medium tomato, cut in small cubes 5 green chiles, cut in small pieces 1/2 cup yogurt 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt Mix all the above ingredients together at least 1 hour ahead of time and serve with rice.
