Guest guest Posted January 1, 2007 Report Share Posted January 1, 2007 Chili Lemongrass Dressing 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup tamari soy sauce 1/3 cup fish sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1 to 2 jalapenos, sliced 1 piece fresh ginger root, 3 inch peeled and thinly sliced 1 stalk lemongrass, thinly sliced 15 sprigs cilantro, leaves and stems included 1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped Combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup water in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
