Guest guest Posted December 16, 2006 Report Share Posted December 16, 2006 Corn and Cumin Raita 2 teaspoons cumin seed 1 8 oz. can kernel corn 1 small tomato, chopped 1 8 oz. carton plain yogurt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro In a small saute pan, toast cumin seed over high heat. Crush seed and place in small bowl. Stir in rest of ingredients until well blended.
