It is great over mashed potatoes or dressing. Savory Mushroom Gravy 2 huge onions ( grapefruit size) 1 1/2 cups sliced crimini mushrooms 1 cup dried shittake mushrooms ( rehydrated) 1/4 cup ghee 1/4 cup olive oil 15 cloves garlic 1 quart, more or less of water 1-2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. sage 1 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. rosemary 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 Tbsp. ww flour soy sauce to taste Saute onions and mushrooms and garlic in oil and ghee until brown.
