Guest guest
Made this tonight for my husband and son. They both loved it! I do too--it is very good. I served larger portions as a main course along with mixed greens with tomatoes, red peppers, and lots of guacamole heaped in the middle. It would also be a great side, and a very tasty breakfast. Thumbs up!
