Ecuadoran Spicy Cheese and Potato Patties---A++++++!

Made this tonight for my husband and son. They both loved it! I do

too--it is very good. I served larger portions as a main course

along with mixed greens with tomatoes, red peppers, and lots of

guacamole heaped in the middle. It would also be a great side, and

a very tasty breakfast.
