Guest guest Posted December 5, 2006 Report Share Posted December 5, 2006 Spicy Melon with Basil and Rice Wine Vinegar 1 cup ripe cantaloupe melon balls 1 cup ripe honeydew melon balls 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 3 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar 1/2 lime, juiced 2 tablespoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper Place the melon, pepper, red onion and basil in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a smaller bowl. Just before serving, pour the liquid over the melon. Makes 6 servings. Now you can have a huge leap forward in email: get the new Mail.
