Guest guest Posted November 17, 2006 Report Share Posted November 17, 2006 New Mexican Salsa 4 to 6 long green chiles 2 jalapeno chiles, chopped 4 tomatoes, chopped 1 medium red onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsps. cilantro, minced 2 tbsps. vegetable oil 2 tbsps. fresh lime juice 1 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. ground cloves Roast, peel, seed and chop chiles, or substitute 1 can chopped green chiles.
