Guest guest Posted November 17, 2006 Report Share Posted November 17, 2006 Roasted Cumin Raita 1 cup plain yogurt 2 tbsps. water 1 tbsp. cumin seeds 1/4 tsp. chili powder salt to taste 1/2 tbsp. cooking oil In a bowl, beat yogurt, water and salt, until smooth. Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds and chili powder. Saute for a few seconds till it starts to sizzle, and add into the yogurt. Stir slightly and serve immediately.
