Guest guest Posted October 20, 2006 Report Share Posted October 20, 2006 Poppy Seeds with Cabbage 1 medium size cabbage, finely chopped 3 tablespoons cooking oil 1 tsp. poppy seeds 1/4 tsp. hot chili powder grated rind of 1 lemon and 1/2 tsp juice extracted separately salt to taste Heat oil in a wok and add poppy seeds to it and cook for 2 minutes. Add cabbage and lemon rind and mix well. Cover and cook until cabbage is tender. Uncover and add chili powder. Mix well and cook on medium heat until water evaporates. Put in a serving dish, mix lemon juice and serve hot. Goes well with rice or noodles. Be smarter than spam.
