Guest guest Posted October 1, 2006 Report Share Posted October 1, 2006 Lime Ginger Salad Dressing 6 tablespoons lime juice 1/2 teaspoon lime peel 8 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/4 cup honey 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon salt In small bowl, combine all ingredients; whisk thoroughly until combined. Store, covered, in refrigerator for as long as 4 days. Serve with seafood, or over a simple fruit salad. Makes 6 to 8 servings. The best gets better.
