Guest guest Posted September 18, 2006 Report Share Posted September 18, 2006 Gingery Cilantro Salad Dressing 5 ozs. soft tofu, drained 1 tbsp. honey 2 tbsps. pickled ginger juice 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil 1/4 cup brewer's yeast 3 tbsps. pickled ginger, chopped 3 tbsps. cilantro, minced Beat tofu in a food processor or blender, or with a whisk, until very smooth. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed, beating well after each addition. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Makes 12 servings. The best gets better.
