Hot and Spicy Nuts 1 1/2 cups whole almonds 1 cup pecan halves 1/2 cup whole or halves, cashew nuts 3/4 cup walnut havles 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 teaspoons curry powder 2 teaspoons cumin 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon white pepper salt Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix together the nuts and toss with oil to coat. Add spices and toss to blend. Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 -12 minutes.
