Guest guest
I'm guilty of a dark sense of humor at times too. Someone sent me a picture of Ray Charles singing his heart out with the microphone backwards in his hand. After I laughed I had to talk to myself about that. I started to think how hard it was for a man that did see as a child and when that was taken away him he would never see a sunset again, or a blooming flower or the face of the ones he loved. Then I felt ashamed of myself. It's OK Chanda, we all do those things, we are only human. The good side is, we catch ourselves ......Love, Donna PuterWitch <puterwitch wrote: I have a very weird off beat sense of humor sometimes. I CAN see thehumor in it on one side of the fence, and then on the other I see how sad it really is. OK, it is comparable to this comic I got in my mail last Christmas, My son said it made him want to cry and I was AWFUL for laughing at it. It was a picture of this attempt at a snowman, it was a lump of snow with eyes put where the stomach should be, the shovel sticking out of the head, etc, and in the background it had a building and on the building there was a sign that said, school for the blind. I know that is horrible. But for some reason some horrible things catch my funny bone. Then again, some things that others think are funny don't. Like those pics peeps send around in emails of extremely fat people. I see them and cry. So go figure. hugs, CHanda - paisleytrees Saturday, November 19, 2005 3:24 PM Re: OT: photo Not very considerate of your friend to send that. ISn't funny to me either. They probably didn't stop to think about it, really. Lee , Gary Mattingly <gsmattingly> wrote: > > Yes.
