At my nephew's wedding they had a great veggie lasagna. Was way

better than the meat one. I would appreciate getting some recipes.

Also, Costco was giving samples of a veggie burger and I thought it

was quite good (although I would not buy it as I do not eat

processed foods or anything that might have preservatives etc in it,

due to my cancer. I would appreciate any recipes.

I am just getting into being a vegetarian and do not miss the meat

much. I always bought the non-hormon kind, but still is not good. I

think the problems that the children have nowdays with developing

too early (and a lot of sickness' that we have , plus overweight)are

due to hormones and diet and radiation, microwaving, food addatives,

genetically changed food. Pretty scary to think what we are giving

our children. So many mothers working and it is just all fast food,

a lot of times eaten in the car. My granddaughter, aged 7, wants to

be vegetarian, but she still likes the Subway sandwiches and turkey

or ham, and having trouble with getting her to eat different veggies

and only wants lettuce as her salads. I still have plenty of time

to work with her, although at this point her dad and I are going

crazy trying to make her meals. Her dad used to like to cook, but

now he does not. Think that he is discouraged because she does not

like anything. I make meals and send them over, but getting her to

eat them is almost impossible. I even took her to a naturapthic

doctor for help. Thanks, Patricia in CA
