Guest guest Posted November 19, 2005 Report Share Posted November 19, 2005 Pineapple Pear Crumble -----FILLING----- 16 ounces Can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained 2 medium Pears, peeled, cored & diced 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 dash Nutmeg -----CRUMB TOPPING----- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine 2/3 cup Matzo meal 1/3 cup Ground walnuts or ground pecans 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl and pat into a 9-inch square baking pan. Melt margarine in a skillet and remove from heat. Stir in the remaining topping ingredients till evenly coated with the margarine. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
