Remember the jarred cactus is just as good and no hassle. It should be on a shelf by the Mexican canned goods or in any Mexican mercado if you have one up your way. They are close to green beans when you cook them up. Use the small flour soft taco size tortillas. Down here we have the soft taco (small), the standard size and then the jumbo burrito size.
