Guest guest Posted November 18, 2005 Report Share Posted November 18, 2005 Mexican Bean Dip (great for the holidays) 1 can black beans, drained (1 lb can) 1 can refried beans (1 lb can) vegetarian version 1/2 cup medium salsa 6 green onions chopped, including tops 1 small can mild Ortega chiles, chopped 1 cup grated cheddar cheese or vegan cheedar cheese Place all in crockpot, set on low for 2 hrs. before ready to serve with chips on the side.
