B12 Chanda the rebel

I'm the same, I don't eat the same foods day after day. One day rice, next

mostly steamed veggies, green tea a few times a day and the day day black tea,

same with vitamins. Take them two days in a row and then I might not take any

for 3 days. Has anyone else read that if you eat the same thing day after day

you are more likely to develope a food allergy to that food? I have read this 3

or 4 times over the years. I can't think of a veggie I don't eat and same with

grains, I am constantly eating something different and trying a new recipe.

I am a rebel. I don't believe things should be based on a daily allowance but

rather a 72 hour allowance.

This gives us some adjusting for balance. Like some days I go to bed earlier

than other days so I don't have that extra yogurt, or some days I wake up

earlier so I wind up with an extra fruit or whatever or less grain one day and

more the next.

nevermind, I am just a rebel, LOL.
