One day rice, next mostly steamed veggies, green tea a few times a day and the day day black tea, same with vitamins. Take them two days in a row and then I might not take any for 3 days. Has anyone else read that if you eat the same thing day after day you are more likely to develope a food allergy to that food? I have read this 3 or 4 times over the years. I can't think of a veggie I don't eat and same with grains, I am constantly eating something different and trying a new recipe. Can't you tell?
