Yah Veggies! and brown rice and yeast flakes

I only ate potatoes, tomatoes and avocado or my vegetables until I

joined this group. That is good news Cyndy.

Now I make myself meals and everyone helped me a lot.

I will try the brown rice by the weekend now.

There is so much to eat out there, even I as a vegan have no problems with

variety, taste, amount. Actually I could cut back on the amount. You don't even

have to cook from scratch if you don't want to..there is so much out on the

market now it blows me away. Back in the 70's is was difficult at best. If you

are a vegan please do not forget to take B12...the kind that melts in your mouth

under your tongue. It is very cheap.

What does the B12 do? I've never heard of the under the tongue stuff -

I'll have to look for it.

If you are a vegan please do not forget to take B12...the kind that

melts in your mouth under your tongue. It is very cheap.
