Congrats Cyndy! And the recipes are better and there's more variety, don't you

think? I can't even imagine what all I will make for Thanksgiving. I have so

many recipes from our files to try.

Yes, all of those health benefits are wonderful, but there is far more to be

said about being vegetarian. Just think of all the animals who will benefit as

more and more people become vegetarian/vegan. The absolutely incredible abuse

that our farm factoried animals have to go through and then the incredible screw

ups in the slaughtering of them should make anyone cease eating meat the moment

they become aware of it. Watching all of that horror and then benefiting from it

solely because of our taste buds is without conscience. And the earth isn't

dying, we are killing it, so everything that we can do to not take part in that

is wonderful and being a vegetarian/vegan is just one part.
