Paul, i like to cook mine up like Donna suggested and

then add a few shakes of hot sauce and a spoonful of

peanut butter. Don't curl your lip up until you try it! *lol*

It is yummy, promise. Donna has tried it, too; except

i bet she doesn't do the hot sauce like i do. ;)

Oh dear, Mel. i hope you can get the internet

connection thingie sussed without having to pay

a serviceman. i will be missing your posts.

Hang in there... sending good thughts. :)

LOL@ the cute title for the salad, Mya. Very funny.

i make a version of this and i never thought of it,

but it sure does look like gravel.... like the pretty

colorful kind you see in tropical fish tanks! :)

Yummy recipe, Portia. i love my cauliflower with

lots of paprika. i have a good recipe i have made

many times out of the Enchanted Broccoli Forest

called Cauliflower paprikash... i just made it last week.

i will post it here for you; you may like it. It isn't vegan

though, but i would love input from some experienced

vegans on how they'd alter it. :)

Oh dear, Denise! You can count on me to send good

healing thoughts and wishes to that sweet young lass

and her family. You are a kind lady to think of them

and share this with us all. Also happy to read you didn't

suffer badly from the stormy weather. i confess i was

starting to worry about ya when my last few digests

came with none of your posts. :)

Yes indeed, Donna. i could definately see Mya's bean

patty recipe formed and made into an awesome loaf.

i think that would rule. i just tried my own hand at

inventing a vegan TVP loaf last night... i loved it.

i wrote everything down as i was tossing in this and

that, so i will post it as soon as i can. :)

Hi Anne. So glad i didn't cause you confusion or upset.

Good to read that. As far as soynog goes, around here

i do have to worry about it selling out because in

years past it has! Once it is gone, they don't restock

either.... and i have always missed the boat, so to speak.

Must be an Oregon thing, because back when Denise

was living out this way she had the same trouble, too.

Wal*Mart stores just drive me crazy for so many

reasons, so i try not to give them too much of my biz,

but i am gonna get that soynog this year! *lol*

Isn't it weird that clerk gave you an " ew " look over soy

milk? She don't know what she's missing! More for us! :)
