Oh my goodness! See what i miss when i don't

get to my digests right away? *lol* Well, i am

seeing your recipe now, Mya, and it sounds

wonderful. Do those onions, peppers and such

cook up enough in the mix or are they sort of

crunchy still? Just asking because i love onions,

but they don't always like me unless i cook them

really well. Thanks!

You sure can save money [or at least free it up to

buy other cool stuff] by making your own veggie

burgers from scratch as opposed to buying those

convenience brands. i think they taste better, too.
