Guest guest
Hi Chanda: The thing is you can add it to different things during the day so at the end of the day you have had the whole amount needed. Gayle

Guest guest
ok I was using a tablespoon. I wonder if you get a decent amount of omega 3 with just a teaspoon. there I go again, I am an ALL or NONE person. Gets on my nerves. hugs, CHanda - purplepassion Sunday, November 13, 2005 12:04 PM Re: yeast flakes Hi Chanda I toss a full teasooon into my oatmeal. Guest guest
I stri in into cooked rice, on top of veggies, in oatmeal. I bake breads and cookies and toss it in. When I make a lentil or TVP loaf I toss 1/4 cup into the mix. PuterWitch <puterwitch wrote: ok I was using a tablespoon. Guest guest
I don't go for this daily allowance stuff. I think things should better be measured by a three day period. ) - glpveg4life Sunday, November 13, 2005 4:52 PM Re: yeast flakes Hi Chanda Hi Chanda: The thing is you can add it to different things during the day so at the end of the day you have had the whole amount needed. Guest guest
HI Chanda: I tried the yeast flakes in my oatmeal once and wasn't thrilled with it... I think I will give it another try though. I have been adding 1 spoonio of ground flax seeds and 1 spoonio of ground almonds to my oatmeal after it is cooked.
