It's funny how everyone thinks applesauce is hard to make. It's so darn easy.

I make mine just like Amy, only I'm bad and I always add a little sugar. Can't

help it, I love sugar. I also add a touch of cinnamon and cardamom.

I don't mash mine really smooth. I like to leave some chunks.

I know you are buried in writing right now.

It's kinda sweet-spicy, warm flavor... used a lot in Indian foods too,

especially chai.
