Thanks, hon. It was good :=) I have also made it

using a variety of root vegetables - same system

:=) It's useful when you end up with one carrot,

one parsnip, one turnip, one blah blah blah and

it's time to go to the farmer's market again.

Then I either make a crockpot stew or I make

sooooooooop. Love soup.

 

You guys like curry recipes? I have a few that

are my own if you'd like me to post some. And all

my recipes I post are of course Tried and True -

ya wanna believe, eh? LOL
