My local natural foods store sells one that's sooooo good, but kind of expensive for a very small amount. I know there's TVP in it, carrorts and some type of mayo along with different seasonings. I've done the garbanzo thing....smush them up with some celery/onion/mayo and that's pretty good, but would love to try making the aforementioned. I brown bag my lunch every day and just find lunches to be problematic. Taking what I had the night before doesn't work because I usually have it the next night.
