Hi Chanda. Don't you just want to scream when

folks claim eating healthy vegetarian fods is more

expensive than their meaty diets? i swear, i just

have to laugh at them. If i had to serve a hunk of

meat on the plate of every meal like they do my

grocery bill would be through the roof compared

to what it is now with TVP, beans, pasta, etc.

 

So cool you scored a deal on the food and even

found some store brand yogurt that didn't have

geletin in it. What store was that in, Chanda?

i think the only brands i have been able to find

sans geletin are the stoneyfield farms and one

other, i think the name is Nancy's [?].
