EGGNOG SAUCE

 

Mix 1 tbs each sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan

Stir in 2 cups eggnog. Stir over heat until thickened, then slowly boil 2 min.

Remove from heat, stir in 2 tbs brandy or one tsp. of brandy extract.

Serve warm over plain cake, pound cake or even fruit cake.
