Teresa and beets

I just posted a beet luscious recipe today. How weird and you just asked for

one. look in the digest or your emails for " Rubies & Ribbons " that's beets and

pasta. I love beet and buy the golden ones sometimes. Turnips are round, white

with a little purple color at the top and the tops ate usually cut off.

When the cashier rang them up, they came up as beets. I thought it was odd,

but the price was the same, so I didn't mention anything. Then I got to the

car and looked at my " turnips " and they all had stickers on them that said

" beets. "

 

 

 

I had no idea what a beet, nor a turnip looked like. I feel like an idiot.

Lol.

 

 

 

Do y'all have any vegetarian mishaps? Or any idea how to eat beets?
