I think every pot luck we've had I've taken my partially eaten dish home. Perhaps they are scared to try anything I make knowing that I'm a vegetarian? Whatever. There is one person who will try everything I bring in and many times I share my lunch (dinner leftovers) with her. She has even asked me for some veggie recipes, which I love giving to her. So, I suppose it's not all bad if I can connect to one person. The rest are just living their lives with their eyes closed for now. I'm in the mood to bake, so I think I'm make some of these pumpkin recipes that have been posted. I'll start taking leftovers to my sister, she'll eat it. She loves everything that I make. Guest guest
I didn't measure, sorry, but I made pumpkin soup yesterday and included some curry powder and coconut milk, and the secret ingredient, a tablespoon of peanut butter. Curry peanut and coconut milk are a Thai match made in heaven of course I also added and onion and tons of gahlick. I used the food processor to blend the soup after it was cooked and cooled, and I used a sweet pumpkin, the darker skinned pumpkin. hugs, Chanda I'm in the mood to bake, so I think I'm make some of these pumpkin recipes that have been posted. I'll start taking leftovers to my sister, she'll eat it. She loves everything that I make.

And I agree, they could be scared if the food is something " different " . > I'm in the mood to bake, so I think I'm make some of these pumpkin > recipes that have been posted.
