This is a wonderful addition to your favorite ice cream, over white cake, on

top of pancakes or waffles.

" Fresh Raspberry Sauce "

3/4 lb. raspberries

2 Tblsps. sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. lemon juice

Heat sugar and 2 tblspns. water, stir to dissolve. Pour into a tall container

with raspberries and puree with a hand blender or place all in a regular blender

and puree.

Season to taste with vanilla and lemon juice. Add additional sugar if needed.

" Wooden Ships on the water, very free and easy.

You know the way it's supposed to be.

Silver people on the shoreline, let us be. "

Mmmm! I can see doing this with frozen raspberries, cherries, and

strawberries and blueberries too! Deee lish. Organic sugar, here I come!

(saving this for next week also, when the paycheck ship comes in...and then

I'm gonna use my old dairy recipe for buttermilk pancakes using flaxseed and

soymilk with vinegar, in place of the eggs and buttermilk! hopefully I can

find some soybutter too by that time...)

Thank you so much, Donna!
