Donna, i do think tahdeeg would be an awesome

name for a cat! *lol* i used to have a cat that i had

named Musubi after a sushi dish we used to eat

in Hawaii. :)

Hi Jane. i know, isn't that rich pumpkin roll just

the best? Too bad it is so full of calories and fat.

Try that bread recipe i posted and at least you can

have some without so much guilt. We deserve the

best but with our desserts we have to use more

moderation, eh? :)

Hi Bron. Good to know our prayers and good

thoughts helped your recovery. Such good news

you are feeling better. i am a lacto-ovo vegetarian,

but shall weed through my recipes for the vegan

ones you might enjoy. i don't see any reason why

vegan cream cheese or tofu could not be used in

that pumpkin ribbon bread. Use the vegan egg

replacer, too, or ground flax. :)

Yes, many popular commercial and store brand

yogurts have geletin in them. Bleh! There are some

high-end organic brands of dairy yogurt that do

not though. Just they are a lot more expensive so

i barely ever eat yogurt. Even the soy yogurt is too

expensive. Tres bummer.

Give me the end of the year an' its fun

When most of the plannin' an' toilin' is done;

Bring all the wanderers home to the nest,

Let me sit down with the ones I love best,

Hear the old voices still ringin' with song,

See the old faces unblemished by wrong,

See the old table with all of its chairs

An' I'll put soul in my Thanksgivin' prayers.
