Guest guest
Welcome back! I have both her books. I don't care for them. I gave them a 2 1/2 star rating. If you find a used copy make sure you alter her amounts of yeast. She aclls for too much and the recipes are just plan off. I know a few other people that feel the same way. I posted her uncheese parmesan recipe in the eggplant folder in our files I do believe. That's about the only recipe worth making that tastes good. Sending you stay well hugs, Donna Bron <southernflower wrote: Hi Paul. I'm glad to hear that they taste good to you. I have to try some myself here pretty soon! How much of them do you have to use in order to satisfy the B12 requirements, loosely? Anybody know? Also, has anybody bought that " Uncheese Cookbook " ? I have it in my wishlist on Amazon, but wonder if anybody here has ever used it...there were mixed reviews on the book... Thanks! Guest guest
Hey Donna, Thanks for the welcome back. :>) Also thank you for the real reviews of her books. I guess I'll chuck them off my wishlist then. One recipe does not a cookbook make, does it? I'm workin' on stayin' well, too. hugs back, Bron On 11/9/05, purplepassion <thelilacflower wrote: > > Welcome back! > I have both her books. I don't care for them. I gave them a 2 1/2 star > rating.
