Guest guest
Asian dishes often have the combo, they don't necessarily use tofu as a meat sub in the Asian culture, they have a shortage of meat and use very thin slices in most dishes and don't eat it everday so their recipes will call for tofu and bean curd along with beef and other meats. I asked a Chinese coworker about that last year. Now those American made tofu and pork veggie dogs wouldn't be a hit here in LA that is very strange. Out here you would eat one or the other. Who knows, maybe there are people in this world who do like that combination. -Craige " She came from Planet Claire " I know she came from there.
