Guest guest
Donna, what about those of us who crave sugar AND salt? I'm DOOMED! J Rouge, just as well that you gave up the pop tarts. They hardly have any nutritional value. I used to bring oatmeal packets to work, but that got to be a pain to prepare, so now I'm hooked on granola bars. There are so many different kinds and many are packed with fiber and other good stuff. I just had an All-Bran one for breakfast and it was yummmmmy and cinnamon flavored. Mmmm... I've had fun trying the different ones. The only kind that was really a letdown was the one made out of Puffins cereal (which I love to eat straight out of the box as a snack). The cereal pieces were not crispy and therefore it just wan't too tasty. It's hard to change but you just have to watch yourself with it. > Donna > > > J Rouge <spice_e_talula_rouge wrote: > I had even stopped eating pop tarts way back when I learned what > gelatin was (and I absolutely loved my pop tarts.. they were easy to fix and > grab on the go for breakfast or dessert!)
