HI Angie, I just joined your group. Thanks for the link. :) I have a group

too, called " Healthy_Is_Tasty and we'd love for you and anybody else to

join, who hasn't already.

The address is:

Healthy_Is_Tasty/

As for a good stir fry recipe, here is one that I fix a lot:

No proportions, just however much you'd care to make!

Start with about 2 T. olive oil, and then add the following:

Portabello mushrooms, thinly sliced

Sweet onions (aka Texas 1015s, or Vidalias, or Walla Wallas)

Garlic

Red, green, and/or yellow peppers, sliced

Cauliflower, sliced

Broccoli, sliced

Celery, sliced

Salt, pepper and some Mrs. Dash of some variety or other

At the end, when everything is pretty much cooked thruout, I like to add

some sliced tomatoes and just barely warm them. They seem to add a little

something extra to the other things in the skillet. I don't care for the

texture of water chestnuts in my mouth, so I never put any in my stir-fries.

:>) But to each his/her own, of course!

Hubby likes to put leftovers in a ww tortilla and have for his lunch the

next day.

Welcome, from a relative newby myself,

Bron
