Veggie soup Hi Mel

Yes dice up sweet potaoes, they are in the African soups and taste good. I have

a southwestern hash I posted and you saute the sweet potatoes diced right in

with the onions, peppers, etc.

Onions, garlic, celery, bell peppers, toss it all in.

So far I have it in veggie stock, with a little garlic

and a bay leaf. I know I am adding a bunch of Kale and

I am thinking potatos but do you think Sweet Potatos

would go in there? (I do have red ones but I have 2

sweet potatos that need to be used) and anything else

you would add. This is definately one of the

" everything but the kitchen sink " endevours. I got to

use up some veggies.
