Guest guest Posted November 6, 2005 Report Share Posted November 6, 2005 don't remember where I got this recipe but it's really good for lunch with a sandwich : ). might be good as a Thanksgiving side also... 2/3 c. apple cider 2/3 c. plain ff yogurt 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 c. chopped apples 2 c. chopped pears 1 c. grapes, halved 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. golden raisins 1/3 c. coarsely chopped pecans, toasted 1. bring cider to boil over hi heat in small saucepan and cook till reduced to 3 tbsp, 15-20 minutes. cool completely. 2. mix cider, yogurt, and cinnamon till blended. set aside. 3. mix apples, pears, grapes, celery, raisins, and pecans in a bowl. add yogurt mixture and toss well to coat. 6 servings Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
