Guest guest Posted November 6, 2005 Report Share Posted November 6, 2005 here's what i did cooked the lentils in soup base(next time I'm gonna try canned) cool the lentils mash them mix in an egg, breadcrumbs and some oatmeal make the balls and brown them in a frying pan place in a long casserole dish cover in a can oftomato / spagetti sauce bake at 350 for about half an hour serve over rice it came out amazing!
