Guest guest
hi guys! i have converted 1 - my boyfriend. i just told him what i ate and how good it was. eventually, he made the decision. i never really directly influenced him. my sister is semi-vegetarian. she just got used to the time i got my way and the whole family won't eat meat. she eventually developed an aversion to meat. [chanda] >What helped me with Jessalyn is Chelsea from That's so Raven, and Lisa Simpson. www.goveg.com has a list of celebrity vegetarians! that helped my boyfriend. i think when he learned that chris martin, toby maguirre and avril lavigne are vegetarians, that's when he decided that he's in good company. [jeanine] > When she found out that she was eating a real chicken one day, she freaked and refused to eat it again... this reminded me of a comic strip from " baby blues " when zoe realized that chickens are made from chickens. ;-) hi guys! i miss the discussion and the <virtual> feast here! i know i owe some of you my recipes, but i will post them on a later day. i just moved into a new city and i am still adjusting. left my recipes in my pc at home. but they're coming! have a great week! -soleil
Guest guest
As a matter of fact... My Mom (after she read the HK book, " Higher Taste " , and my husband after he read " Fast Food Nation. " My 17 year old son enjoys eating/cooking vegetarian dishes with me, and has noticed a huge difference in how he feels when he does, but hasn't made the commitment yet...some day:) I think it's GREAT!!!!
