puffball mushroom

Chanda, You sure it's a puffball? They do get pretty big. If we don't hear

back from you, we will know it wasn't a puffball.LOL Just kidding.

Just wash it and slice to saute or toss in dishes like you do the other

mushrooms. I find these get soggy or kind of crumble on the edges so don't soak

it in water.

Donna/mushroom gravy

 

 

Donna-- do you know if your mushroom gravy recipe freezes well at

all? I have quite a few mushrooms to use and thought it might be nice

to make some gravy up that can be heated up for a quick meal.
