I also put them in a bowl of soup. Let me know how you like them and what recipe you used them in. Myastart email and riendly willmake into an include riendly page Tofu Balls makes 12 - 16 med. small tofu balls 1 lb. extra firm tofu (pat the water out of it) 1 small finely chopped onion 1 clove garlic minced 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup bread crumbs (little more if needed) fresh or dried basil or oregano flour for rolling balls in (I mix just a litrtle cornmeal in mine) Oil to pan-fry in Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Roll in flour and fry in preheated skillet, cooking until slightly to medium brown on all sides. Serve with pasta and home-made or jar pasta sauce.
