Hi JLyn Re; Honey

Here's some info on honey. I usually get a small bottle of pure maple syrup and

use in place of honey when a recipec alls for honey. For some reason I rarely

have much need for it. I drink my tea plain so I never feel the need for honey.

blackstrap molasses and maple syrup are good for you too! ya know, honey is the

least nutritious of these sweeteners, but it has antioxidant properties, but so

do the others. I am going to pick up some blackstrap molasses today.

Eeeek! thanks for the honey websight, Donna, ok, so small honey

producers will not be better for the bees.
